Payment System Improvements

• New payment backend 'Stripe Enhanced' - with much better auto-payment options.

• Automatic sign-up to auto-payments when a new monthly service is purchased.

• Simpler initial purchase checkout process.

• Dramatically simpler overall in user experience.

Automatic Migration

• Working on a tool to migrate users on the old stripe backend to the new one.

• Once this is complete, all users will be migrated.

• If users have saved payment information, and the payment system was the reason for the service expiring, they will be re-enabled, and back payments will be made automatically.

This should hopefully resolve the issues users have been experiencing with payments not automatically being taken as they should be. We have also added a new 'manual fix' for those accounts, so that in case it does happen, admin can re-attempt the payment without the user having to do anything. As long as there is a saved payment method.
